The Process

Book Your Spot

To get started, reserve your spot on our schedule. This helps us plan for your flowers and ensures we’re ready when they arrive. You don’t have to know exactly what piece you want yet, we’ll guide you through the options later.

Safely Send Your Flowers

Fresh flowers need to arrive quickly (ideally within 1–3 days of your event). We’ll give you packing tips and can provide a FedEx overnight label. If you're local to the Omaha/Council Bluffs area, pickup is available too (for a small fee).

We Dry & Prep Everything

Once your flowers arrive, we begin the drying process. This step can take 4–6 weeks, depending on the flower type. We take extra care to preserve color, shape, and integrity — no shortcuts.

Design & Layout Approval

You’ll get access to a client portal where you can see layout previews before we pour the resin. This is your chance to give feedback and make sure the design feels right before we lock it in.

Pouring & Finishing

Once you approve the design, we begin the resin pour. Depending on your piece(s), this stage can take 2–3 weeks to complete and cure. We only use high-quality, UV-protected materials that last.

Pickup or Delivery

Once your piece is finished, we’ll coordinate delivery or pickup and share care instructions so it stays beautiful for years to come.

Resin Expectations & Natural Imperfections

  • Small microbubbles can occur and are considered a natural part of handmade resin artwork.

  • High-quality, UV-resistant resin is used to minimize yellowing. Over many years, slight warming may naturally occur.

  • Resin is durable but not unbreakable. Avoid dropping and prolonged direct sunlight or excessive heat.

  • No preservation method can guarantee permanent, unchanged color. Some natural softening or tonal shifts are expected.

Policies & Communication

  • Orders may not be canceled once flowers have entered the preservation process.

  • Yes. Full payment is required before your flowers enter the preservation process unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed upon in advance. Because each piece is custom and production space is limited, payment must be completed prior to drying and resin work beginning.

Because each preservation piece follows a structured production timeline, individual status updates are not typically provided during drying and curing stages. If your estimated completion window has passed or you have a specific concern, you’re welcome to reach out via email and we will respond as soon as possible. Thank you for trusting the process — your flowers are being handled with care at every stage.
