What You Need To Know

  • If you’re local, you can drop off your flowers by appointment or request a pickup for a small fee. For out-of-town clients, we offer prepaid overnight FedEx shipping labels to make it easy—or you’re welcome to overnight them using the carrier of your choice. We’ll send detailed packing instructions to keep your blooms safe in transit!

  • The typical turnaround time is 16–20 weeks. This includes a minimum of 4 weeks for flower drying, followed by color correction, custom layout design, resin pouring in multiple layers, and detailed finishing work for each piece. Throughout the process, you’ll have access to your personal client portal, where you can see real-time updates, view photos, track progress, and message us directly!

  • We use only professional-grade materials and custom molds—no shortcuts or mass-produced supplies. Each piece is crafted with the best epoxy formula for its size and shape, using flowers treated to prevent yellowing, fading, or deterioration. All materials are sourced from trusted U.S. small businesses, and pieces are poured in premium molds for a smooth, high-gloss finish. Plus, every client gets access to a private portal with real-time updates, photos of their piece in progress, and the ability to message us directly throughout the process.

  • When working with fresh flowers, it’s important to get them to us as quickly as possible—we cannot preserve wilted fresh flowers, as their quality affects the final result. To keep them in the best condition, place the stems in water, keep them out of direct sunlight, and store them in a cool spot (NOT a refrigerator) until you’re ready to ship or drop them off. If your flowers are already dried (but not wilted or moldy), we may still be able to use them for an additional fee—just reach out, and we’ll assess if they’re workable!
